All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or returns once a booking has been completed.

Bookings may be rescheduled to an alternative date, subject to availability and with reasonable notice. All date changes must be agreed in advance and are not guaranteed.

Please make sure you check all event details carefully before purchasing, including the date, time, venue, and event type.

Entry is subject to the venue’s own rules and policies, including valid ID, age restrictions, dress code, and security checks. If you do not meet these requirements, entry may be refused and no refund or reschedule will be given.

If you miss the event, arrive late, or are unable to attend for personal reasons, this will not make you eligible for a refund.

Event details such as lineup, venue, or times may occasionally change. These changes do not automatically qualify for a refund or reschedule and are completely out of our control.
