We are looking for people ideally aged between 18–35 years old who are fluent in either English, Italian, German, French or Spanish. You should be confident and have the ability to work independently when needed.

The Ibiza summer season starts with the opening parties in early May and finishes with the closing parties mid October.

From a minimum of 6 weeks up to 5 months (until the next summer!)

Once you have arrived and settled in, you will be assigned a team leader who will provide you with an extensive two-day training course covering all aspects of the job and selling techniques. Regardless of your experience in the industry, the training is specifically designed for boosting your success rate – which translates into more money for you.

Your earnings are commission-based, so the more confirmed sales you generate, the more you can earn. Rates vary across the products and experiences we promote, with additional performance bonuses available throughout the season. Full details are shared before you begin. There is no fixed earning limit, although results vary and no minimum income is guaranteed.

You will work from 6 to 8 hours for 6 days a week . Your working day will start around lunch time, depending on your team.

As you know it’s almost impossible to secure a place to live in Ibiza. “The lucky ones” who manage to find somewhere are coerced into paying crazy prices. We are one of the companies that guarantees you a team accommodation for the entire summer season at a price well below the average (approximately 20 euros per day).
