We are looking for people ideally aged between 18–35 years old who are fluent in either English, Italian, German, French or Spanish. You should be confident and have the ability to work independently when needed.
The Ibiza summer season starts with the opening parties in early May and finishes with the closing parties mid October.
From a minimum of 6 weeks up to 5 months (until the next summer!)
Once you have arrived and settled in, you will be assigned a team leader who will provide you with an extensive two-day training course covering all aspects of the job and selling techniques. Regardless of your experience in the industry, the training is specifically designed for boosting your success rate – which translates into more money for you.
You’ll always make a minimum of 10 euros per ticket sold. Depending on the event, your earnings will range from 20% to 30% of the ticket sale price. Even those with less experience can easily sell between 35 to 50 tickets a week. If you’re a skilled seller, you could make this amount in just one day.
You will work from 6 to 8 hours for 6 days a week . Your working day will start around lunch time, depending on your team.
As you know it’s almost impossible to secure a place to live in Ibiza. “The lucky ones” who manage to find somewhere are coerced into paying crazy prices. We are one of the companies that guarantees you a team accommodation for the entire summer season at a price well below the average (approximately 20 euros per day).
